We want you to love our creations. If you are not satisfied for any reason with the final product, you may return your purchase for a replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us to arrange this via email: orders@rocksaltprints.com or call us on +44 (0) 1932943088.
Discounted Items / Items bought with a discount code
You can return these within 14 days of purchase for a store credit. Please contact us to arrange this via email: orders@rocksaltprints.com or call us on +44 (0) 1932943088.
To expedite your request, please include the following when you contact us:
- your order number
- a brief description of the problem
- a photo illustrating the issue
- your preference for a replacement or a refund
* Some RSP products are subject to special return restrictions. See below for details:
Splashbacks and Shower panels are non-refundable as they are all made to order.
Personalised Artworks – we only accept returns if the product is damaged as these are made to order.
Embellished / Premium Artworks are made to order therefore these are non-refundable. If a product arrives damaged we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
Commissioned Original Artwork – Please start by contacting us to discuss any reason that your piece may have fallen short of your expectations. We only accept returns if the product is damaged as these are made to order.
Returning Damaged / Defective Items
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team.
We will also need clear images of the packaging. Without these images we can not guarantee a refund, replacement.
In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.
If the damage/defect cannot be verified via email, the item may be required to return to RSP for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
Damage to ALL Rock Salt products must be reported with in 7 working days of receipt. If the damage is reported after 7 days, we can not be taken liable for the damage.
Non-Refundable Items:
Personalised Items / Custom Orders / Custom Sized artworks are non-refundable.
Splashbacks and Shower panels are non-refundable as they are all made to order.
Premium Embellished / Original / Varnished Artworks are non-refundable
Who covers the return shipping cost?
For all cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued once the item is received by RSP. We will only refund the cost of the product, excluding shipping costs.
Refund
Once we received your item back in a re-saleable condition we will issue a refund. We will only refund the cost of the product, excluding shipping cost. PayPal takes 2-5 days and credit/debit card refunds will take up to 10 working days.
Exchange or get credit for a gift.
Did you receive a Rock Salt Print gift that isn’t quite right? We’re certain you can find something better suited to your taste and personal style. Either exchange your gift for another item of equal or lesser value or receive a credit for future use.
If you would like to exchange a received product for something different, we will give you a credit note once we received your item back. You can then proceed to place a new order in our webshop.
Contact us to request an exchange or credit with the following information:
- the “ship to” name on your package
- the item you received
- your preference for an exchange or credit
- if exchange, the item you’d like instead
Original shipping charges will not be credited nor included in the exchange.
We do not offer refunds on gift items.
