POWER SUPPLY & CORDS
Due to the high quality, vivid light our signs give off, they require a mains power source as opposed to a battery-pack. Installation is super-simple & does not require an electrician unless you have more specific needs!
All of our Neon Signs come with the following power cords & equipment as standard, totalling 4m (13ft):
- a clear-coated, 1.8m (6ft) cord attached to the right-hand side of the sign
- this connects to a black, 1.2m (4ft) cord attached to the AC/DC power adaptor
- finally, there’s another black, 1m (3ft) cord from the adaptor, ending in a mains socket plug suited to your locality (we ship worldwide!)

LIFESPAN
Our LED Neons have a lifespan of up to 25,000 hours – that’s about 8 years, if the sign was illuminated for 8 hours every single day!
WHAT ARE THE NEON SIGNS MADE OF?
Unlike traditional glass neon, all our neon products are made from advanced LED flex. Since LED flex is made of silicon and acrylic, they are durable and long-lasting. Each light is encased in flexible rubber tubing, and powered by LEDs.
Every LED flex product from sculpt neon is affordable, economical, and safer than traditional glass neon signs. At the same time, they provide a visual dazzle that’s better than glass neon signs.

ROCK SALT OFFERS RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS ONLY. YOU CAN RETURN THE FAULTY PRODUCT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY. WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND MAY FIX, REPLACE, REFUND, OR PARTIALLY REFUND THE PRODUCT. THE FINAL RESOLUTION FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS, INCLUDING REFUNDS FOR THE COST OF THE PRODUCT AND/OR SHIPPING, IS DECIDED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS DEPENDING ON THE SOURCE OF THE FAULT, AND IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF ROCK SALT NEON.
